Been a while family, hope we've been good and the new year is going terrific, amen.
It’s a new era where there is a lot of freedom rather than
restrictions especially personal freedoms. Freedom to choose to identify as a
male or female, to have relations(sexual) with a male while also being a male
or a female or have it both ways or have it with two or more people. The freedom
on that is limitless. There are strong groups or communities that fight for and
protect those who need it. To an extent that freedom becomes a war when I, a
muslim hijabi decide to cover the way my Rabb requires.
You agree that as a lady in her thirties if I decide I don’t
want to identify as a lady I’m free but if as the same lady I choose to dress
to cover up, shame on me? It is outright in sane.
I find it hypocritical for the same people advocating for that
much freedom to be fighting how you choose to dress. Does that mean there
should be freedom but it can be regulated or restricted when it concerns
certain things? If I dress in my transparent see through veil I blend in
perfectly, it is expensive and luxurious and a norm. But once I dress in a
thicker veil or hijab it’s a problem. I am not advocating for our conventional
hijab that arewa men believe is hijab. That did not appear in the Qur’an. There
are some characteristics that make up the hijab. For example it should not be
transparent, or attract attention or cover some parts of the body and leave
some parts out.
I beg you this is 2023 please allow me to wear all the abaya, hijab, niqab type cover I feel like. That’s my personal choice give me the freedom to choose, please.
pro tip: cover up, e get why, death is nearer than you think Habibty. malaikun nan jibga sukeyi by Allah
Much love, Mariya.

Alhamdulillah, a good job , on the topic, it's all shades of hypocritical the way the west is addressing the hijab, like the way u said you are free to be a boy-girl , girl-boy, to cut the list lgbtq is their initials, and so annoying how they show it proudly in our faces for those of us that love movies , u might have notices they have infilterated them any ways that's not my point today probably a talk for another day, the point is, the way they proudly, confidently, show their selves, we as Muslims with the backing of the divine creator Allah that ordained us to wear this hijab for our own good, find it difficult to, worst of it all is that our own Muslim brothers and sisters sometimes make it difficult as well, making comments like "ga saliha" su
ReplyDelete"ustaziya" just because of they way they have decided to obey their lord, and we all know what happens to those who can't stand the pressure. So please as Muslims or even non-Muslims, allow whoever wants to cover to do so, don't judge them, encourage them, especially the younger ones, commend them when they wear the hijab or veil properly, parents let's stop buying skimpy clothes for our little girls and leaving their hair opened saying "waye wa ne " or she is just a child, trust me it would be hard to correct when they grow up. May Allah ease our affairs and help us to serve him in the best of ways. Love 💕 Taheerah
