Its going to be an election not a miracle!

Hey Familia, hope we are ready for the elections and in wonderful state of iman. JUST A FRIENDLY REMINDER.

Come Saturday we are going to have some major changes in the country. A complete change in the leadership of our dearest country Nigeria. In all honesty Saturday and that change is not going to magically pay your debt, get you that contract, pay your children’s school fees, provide you with a job, pay your rent and solve the problems of all 213 million Nigerians.

Why don’t you vote for who you think is competent, on one hand and on the other make a plan for yourself. A plan to move forward and be successful, instead of waiting a few months only to insult and curse the people elected.

Reality check is knowing neither Atiku, Tinubu, Peter Obi nor Rabi'u Musa is coming to your house to get you out of that mess you are already in. Do the needful and make a plan and work towards it.

May success be ours on individual level and at national level. I wish you a safe election come Saturday. May the good Lord guide us to make the right choiceS and may our country be the giant of Africa again. Amen

Lots of love, Mariya.

LET ME DRESS AS I PLEASE, ITS 2023!

Been a while family, hope we've been good and the new year is going terrific, amen.

It’s a new era where there is a lot of freedom rather than restrictions especially personal freedoms. Freedom to choose to identify as a male or female, to have relations(sexual) with a male while also being a male or a female or have it both ways or have it with two or more people. The freedom on that is limitless. There are strong groups or communities that fight for and protect those who need it. To an extent that freedom becomes a war when I, a muslim hijabi decide to cover the way my Rabb requires.

You agree that as a lady in her thirties if I decide I don’t want to identify as a lady I’m free but if as the same lady I choose to dress to cover up, shame on me? It is outright in sane.

I find it hypocritical for the same people advocating for that much freedom to be fighting how you choose to dress. Does that mean there should be freedom but it can be regulated or restricted when it concerns certain things? If I dress in my transparent see through veil I blend in perfectly, it is expensive and luxurious and a norm. But once I dress in a thicker veil or hijab it’s a problem. I am not advocating for our conventional hijab that arewa men believe is hijab. That did not appear in the Qur’an. There are some characteristics that make up the hijab. For example it should not be transparent, or attract attention or cover some parts of the body and leave some parts out.

I beg you this is 2023 please allow me to wear all the abaya, hijab, niqab type cover I feel like. That’s my personal choice give me the freedom to choose, please.

pro tip: cover up, e get why, death is nearer than you think Habibty. malaikun nan jibga sukeyi by Allah

Much love, Mariya.

Please share, might be a sadaqah jariya for me and for you. Don't forget to comment. will love to hear(read) your thoughts.
